Naoto at Knifewear worked his magic on my Fujiwara Maboroshi gyuto and Masakage gyuto. The quality of the sharpening is exceptional—clean, precise, and incredibly refined. Both knives now glide effortlessly through food, with noticeably improved cutting performance and edge feel. The Fujiwara in particular cuts even better than when it was new. Outstanding work and a level of craftsmanship that exceeded my expectations.

This is a great petty knife with a carbon steel core that cuts like a dream. Looks great, and feel great in the hand. I liked it so much I went back to the website the same day I received the knife to try to buy a second one. But all of the knives in this line was sold out already. I guess I got lucky with the timing.
