Tap water tastes yerry

Filtration isn't as good as anticipated and we called customer service because we received word they wanted to ship replacement filters 6 months after initial installation. We were assured they would wait for the one year date to ship us replacement filters, but got shipped and charged filters anyway at the 6 month mark.

Water tastes good but it feels sticky. Not sure why.
