Quick to answer my questions

They were easy to get in touch with for install issues, but we couldn't find the correct size fittings to pipe the UV light anywhere here and they couldn't help us. Had to delay install for 2 weeks waiting for fittings to arrive here in FL from where we had to order from a professional plumbing supply in CA. Also, be sure you take the white plastic band off of the UV bulb before install. It is not shown in the instructions.

Shipping was fine, I’ll let you know when installed!
