Kind Water

Way too expensive and can’t tell any difference in our water. 3 large PLASTIC tubes and a piece of metal to hand them for $1600. I would never buy this again! And then you need to spend another $130 each year for filters which would be OK if a difference was even noticeable. Wish I would have returned the whole thing immediately.

I'm not sure what game they are playing I don't have an active subscription and they sent me the filters anyways. They didn't respond to any of my emails

Piece of junk. Does not work to remove the smell of sulphur from my water, nor does it soften it.

I'm still waiting for them to contact me to return the product. I have it on the box and I'm just waiting for them to give me a shipping label or our address.

I was not happy with their service. I was sent a faulty unit which I did not find out until I paid a Plumber two trips at $200 per trip. Kind Water did reimburse me the $1900 I paid for the unit, but they did not reimburse me for the Plumber fees that I had to pay.
