Kind Water

Customer service did an excellent job talking us through the exchanging of the filter and UV lamp. There was 1 set of instructions missing about the UV lamp so we had to call in to speak with customer service.

We purchased a water softener for our home (on city water) from Kind after looking at several different brands and we are very happy we chose this company. Customer service is exceptional, I called to verify I installed everything as it should and Mario was very knowledgeable and walked me through everything. If you are unsure of which company to buy a water softener through, I would highly recommend Kind. They stand behind their product and are willing to help in any way possible.

Great System

This was my first filter replacement. The link in my reminder email took me to the exact filter set i needed so i didn't have to hunt for the right one. Filters were easy to replace, as promised by my plumber wo installed the system. And i love the difference the r. o. system makes in the water.
