I received my cooktop and unfortunately the glass got chipped during transportation. Their response was instant and they are sending me a new glass. They offered to replace the unit but it is working perfectly so I just need the glass. They send me the support videos on how to replace it and honestly there was no hassle in getting this accident solved. If you care about customer service, definitely they have one of the best I have encountered.
