My outdoor grill on my 2008 Sea Ray was tripping the GFI so I contacted Kenyon. I figured the part I needed would be obsolete and would probably be purchasing a new grill.
My call was answered immediately and was transferred to tech support who diagnosed the problem right away and sent me the link to the part I needed. He also described how to install the part (heating element) and then called back to make sure I received the link he sent to my email.
I received the part in two days and after a 30 minute installation my grill was fixed. I rarely encounter customer service on this level!
