Replacement element made the grill like brand new again .

Great grill and worth the cost but not having the coated drip tray as an included accessory is surprising. Can't imagine using discardable foil trays. Raise the grill price a few bucks and include an obvious accessory.

Excellent customer service.

Bought the electric grill for our boat. We are not near our boat so tried it at home. Cooked some tenderloins and an omlette looking thing on the griddle attachment. Cooked with heat recommended in the manual. Worked flawless for steak. Had to be careful with eggs on griddle. There are elevated holes near the corners that runny eggs could fall into. Can't wait to use it on our boat!

So far very pleased. Love the easy clean up.
