The salesperson Shane was super helpful and took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of immediately trying to sell me the most expensive option. Shane asked thoughtful questions about my sleep habits, especially what position I usually sleep in (side, back, or stomach). After learning that information, he guided me toward the Keetsa Pillow Plus as the best fit for my comfort and support needs. I really appreciated that he explained why the mattress would work well for my sleeping position — particularly how the pillow-top would provide pressure relief and how the support layers would keep my spine aligned. There was no pressure to rush the decision, and I was encouraged to lie down and test the mattress properly. Overall, the personalized recommendation and knowledgeable service made the buying process easy and stress-free. It felt like he genuinely wanted me to find the right mattress, not just make a sale.
