On three separate occasions, a platter was received broken. The first two times, the platter was replaced (free of charge). After the third platter arrived in pieces, I emailed with pictures. Crickets.

Terrible. I received broken plates and when I tried to reach out to customer service to request a replacement, I’m met with radio silence. Not a peep. Ridiculous.
