Plates arrived broken - twice.

Plates arrived broken - twice. There's a card included in the packaging that directs you to reach out to Food52 for assistance. When you do, Food52 has no idea about your order and directs you to contact Jono. Oh, and if you want scratches on everything your stoneware touches, these are perfect! The bottom is sharp and so rough that it causes damage to cabinet shelves and table.
