It arrived before the 10 week deadline, which was great. They were packed really well. Everything came without a scratch… except for one Alaska bowl that came broken. I emailed customer service with a photo right away. I haven’t hear back from them yet, but I’m sure the reputation of the company is excellent.

Love the quality and design of the products! Gives a great new look to my table settings. Ordering and shipping were seamless. One item arrived damaged but the replacement process was straight forward, easy, and timely. I’m thinking about which pieces I need to add next.
