Awesome customer service!

We love our new plates, bowls and platter. They came in a perfectly packaged boxes. We were very worried since it was going to be delivered via FedEx - we never have any luck with FedEx deliveries.

Pandolfi Designs is great at communicating throughout the order and shipping process. I received two pieces - one was in perfect condition and the other arrived cracked and chipped. I followed their process of sending an email along with a photo of the damaged piece. Within 24 hours they responded to my email and quickly had a replacement piece in the mail and delivered to my doorstep. It is obvious they care about their customers.

I bought blue plates for Christmas so I'm technically not using them yet, but they're beautiful and I think my wife will love them. Jono Pandolfini's work came highly recommended by a restaurant owner friend. We also like the TV show "The Bear". Wishing his company continued success.
