Very nice fan. As expected.

Very nice fan. As expected. Worked great for the 1st year. We didn't run the fan for the winter. Spring rolls around & the fan won't turn on. There is no switch. The fan can only be turned on and off by the remote. Called, and they said I needed a new remote, and the product was out of warranty. So I paid $20 for a new remote. When the remote arrived, it came with a 'Fan Lamp Controller'. They didn't say the controller was bad. Now I have to hire an electrician to come out and change the controller inside the fan? $100 to get him just to walk thru the door. $75 for the 1st hour. $20 for the remote & controller. They just doubled the price of the fan. Am I going to have to replace this controller every year & a half? They should put that on the box. "Fan looks great, but but will double in cost every 18 months!"

The light I ordered arrived

The light I ordered arrived crooked on its base. It was clearly a manufacturing defect, not a loose screw or damage from shipping. Customer service did not offer a replacement, but instead sent a video of a different light showing how to fix it. When I explained that correction could not apply to a light with two posts instead of one, they asked for a video. It’s surprising that this company did not reference my order number when suggesting how to fix their product. Shocking not to admit fault with photo proof and send a replacement immediately. But downright unsettling that they have a video prepared for how to fix a $120 product they sell.

Rug looked nothing like the

Rug looked nothing like the photo...At ALl!!! What was presented as as hues of rich purple and lavender arrived as faded denim and a brownish blue. Buyer beware!
