Nice quality but on the thinner side, it definitely needs an under-rug cushion. It also arrived with a whole bundle of loose threads and some mysterious fluffs on it that makes me feel like it was stored in a dirty place.

Nowhere on order does it explain the return policy

The same rug costs $265. 00 on the website and $163. 00 on Amazon, Home Depot, and Lowes. Not okay.
