Purchase Experience

My initial vase arrived with a broken rim. I emailed the company with pictures of the damage and said that I would send that broken vase back but that I wanted to replace it. I heard from the company immediately to apologize for the damage and that a replacement would be sent immediately. I've now received the replacement in perfect condition and they did not want the broken vase returned. The vase is beautiful, the customer service is excellent and I would definitely order again. Highest recommendation.
