JAXX Beanbags

I bought the 7.5 bag. From the very beginning, I do not feel that it came with enough stuffing. For that amount of money, it should have. There is a constant cave in in the middle. I tried many times to get in touch with someone to ask about the weight of insert I should buy to add some extra umph to it. It took forever to get a response that only led to another question and then I never heard back again? Needless to say, I did not get the right weight and I still have a huge dip in my beanbag. I will never order again

I am not sure how I made such a mistake, but this “beanbag” chair is far bigger and heavier than I expected. I had to get rid of my old couch to accommodate it in my tiny NYC apartment and it is extremely difficult to arrange comfortably. The filling does not move easily so it’s not very malleable and the cover is too big.

Defective product and vendor did not handle in an efficient manner. Bean chair is uncomfortable and not usable.

The beanbag arrived with no liner and we took the foam out of the compression bag before we realized this. We are now waiting for a liner and will then need to figure out how to transfer a huge bag of expanded foam.

Haven't received my order. Been over a month.
