The top cushion is way too soft. There is no support to sit on the bench. You just sink down. Perfect for sleeping.

Tougher than expected. Not very cozy. 2. 5 year old sits on top with no indent.

Product quality was good but customer service was disappointing. I liked the couch we ordered. It’s comfortable and looks great. However, the setup was frustrating because the instructions were unclear. On top of that, we were mistakenly sent two couches instead of one. Unfortunately, customer support was unresponsive and offered no help with returning the extra item. The lack of support made the overall experience far more stressful than it should have been.

Product is a lot less comfortable than expected. Now sure how it will hold up to the elements, still need to test out. Deciding to keep anyways and see if it grows on me. Color is nice, and like that it came assembled. Wish they sold protective covers.

Zippers don't close smoothly & are difficult. Jaxx patch used to be leather.
