JAXX Beanbags

The beanbag arrived on time and is comfortable to sit in, but it had shredded memory foam all over it which was difficult to remove. Also, the zipper does not work.

I evaluated this in two parts: Shipping: The package arrived in poor condition. FedEx had damaged the box to the point that the barcode had to be reprinted. Product: The item is large and soft, but not as thick as expected. After my wife and I lie on it to watch a movie, it doesn’t regain its shape the way a quality pillow should; the rebound feels noticeably lacking.

The top cushion is way too soft. There is no support to sit on the bench. You just sink down. Perfect for sleeping.

Tougher than expected. Not very cozy. 2. 5 year old sits on top with no indent.

Product quality was good but customer service was disappointing. I liked the couch we ordered. It’s comfortable and looks great. However, the setup was frustrating because the instructions were unclear. On top of that, we were mistakenly sent two couches instead of one. Unfortunately, customer support was unresponsive and offered no help with returning the extra item. The lack of support made the overall experience far more stressful than it should have been.
