Disappointing that the top and bottom of the cover is made from two pieces of material instead of one. That's not clear from the pictures or description. Also, if you want it to look like the picture you will have to buy some addition stuffing. Overall well made though and the dogs love it.

Overall it's wonderful now that I got the cover on. I'm a single person without a "partner" to assist. Quite a workout!

I got the 7.5 couch denim model, and my only complaint is that it really shmush down and then the back support is gone. Then again if i bought this it was certainly not for back support and keeping a few pillows around fixes it.

Ordering on the website was easy, received my order in the provided timeframe, easy to unpack, got in shape within the afternoon. My daughters love it. It is just smaller that I envisioned but they still have fun moving the pieces around. I love the color (purple)

Overall I like it, needed to buy more stuffing for it though.
