Delivery was smooth

High quality product that is easy to assemble. Firm but very comfortable. The seat sits about six inches too low; it takes some effort to stand up from the seat.

Disappointing that the top and bottom of the cover is made from two pieces of material instead of one. That's not clear from the pictures or description. Also, if you want it to look like the picture you will have to buy some addition stuffing. Overall well made though and the dogs love it.

Overall it's wonderful now that I got the cover on. I'm a single person without a "partner" to assist. Quite a workout!

I got the 7.5 couch denim model, and my only complaint is that it really shmush down and then the back support is gone. Then again if i bought this it was certainly not for back support and keeping a few pillows around fixes it.
