I was having trouble finding a replacement washable cover for my Jaxx 4 ft cocoon beanbag chair, so I reached out via the customer service app. Within a day, I received an email that helped me find exactly what I was looking for! Now, silly me, I ended up ordering the wrong size, so I reached out to that same email chain and Maggie (the customer service rep) helped me out with the return & refund process like the pro that she is! I really appreciate all her help! Looking forward to bringing my Jaxx beanbag chair back into my classroom so my students can take full advantage of the reading nook again!
