Awful Delivery Experience

The online store was easy to use and our order was processed quite quickly. The delivery process was a huge let down. The company used Deliver-ME who subcontracted the delivery to PicUp (Brisbane, Queensland). We were originally told the desk would be delivered on a Wednesday, so we organised for my partner to work from home that day so he could be home to receive the order. On the Monday afternoon I received an SMS from PicUp saying that the order would be delivered tomorrow (Tuesday) between 6am - 12pm. My partner was not able to work from home, so I asked my elderly father to go to my house and accept the delivery for us. The delivery never arrived, I called PicUp shortly after midday, they originally couldn't find my delivery in their system, then called back saying that it was scheduled for Wednesday, not Tuesday. She had no idea why I received an SMS and blamed it on Deliver-ME. She said due to the inconvenience, she would have my order delivered first thing Wednesday morning. My partner had scheduled a client meeting for the afternoon but was fine to work from home in the morning. Wednesday morning nothing arrives. My partner calls PicUp around 11am and is told the desk will be delivered between 12-2pm so he reschedules his client meeting for the following day so that he can stay home for a bit longer. Around 2:30pm I receive a call from PicUp advising the truck had broken down and they can't deliver today and it will be rescheduled for tomorrow. I decline delivery, I advised that no one is available to be home to receive the delivery the next day. I asked where my item is and if we can collect it ourselves. The PicUp admin advises they have not even collected my item, it is still at the Deliver-ME warehouse and that I need to call Deliver-ME. I ask PicUp to cancel the delivery, and I call Deliver-ME to obtain the details for their Brisbane warehouse so we can organise collection. The warehouse is only open until 3pm so we cannot collect that afternoon. My partner went to hire a trailer on Thursday morning, was in the process of hitching up, when I receive an SMS saying that the driver has my order and is on his way to my house. My partner has to unhitch the trailer he had just hired, and race home to meet the delivery driver. Overall, the delivery was a complete disaster with horrendous communication and too many companies involved. The process caused major inconvenience to us over 3 days and wasted so much of my time, my partners and my dads. The desk we purchased from JasonL is set up and looks great, no issues with the product itself but safe to say we won't purchase from them again.

Delivery Damages

Unfortunately, we have had two delivery attempts of a whiteboard & they have arrived damaged both times. The packaging & Delivery methods are a bit disappointing.

Weeks later we still dont

Weeks later we still dont have product despite ordering due to "delivery within 3-5 business days" would have purchased elsewhere
