Very disappointed in the new wipes. I do not like the fact that the new wipes do not have one side that is soft and the other side is more rugged for harsher stains. Truly feel like this was done to save costs and the wipes are not as effective anymore. Feels very flimsy.

Item never received so can’t really tell you if they are good. Customer service hasn’t responded to my help email and the company continues to send me “how to” videos on an item I have yet to received. Not sure if they even realize that their products aren’t being delivered.

The products left me disappointed and I feel like they made my shoes worse for wear. I’m really upset about this honestly and I will never be buying again
