Furniture legs didn’t fit

We ordered the Gabriel hall table and the Gabriel entertainment unit. When the furniture arrived, the legs did not fit into the slots. We had to sand all the timber legs to make them fit. For the price we paid, you’d think James Lane would check that their furniture parts actually fit before sending to the customer. It was disappointing. The furniture is acacia wood but does not feel like solid timber, feels very light. The drawers on the hall table need to be pushed very hard for them to shut fully. The products arrived very promptly which was good and the products look good.

A sofa will last until warranty period finished

The quality of the sofa is way worse than I could expect! The springs come off and went on top of each other after warranty period finished. My previous sofa was from IKEA and never had any mechanical problems like this and lasted us for 7 years. So a bit disappointed about the quality

Paid for kit. It was Not delivered. Inquiries at store indicated That I had paid for the kit and it was not delivered with the lounge Advised to driver to the store and collect. Not impressed Not my fault
