James Lane

This was the only James Lane product I bought on line and everything else was in store. I think that’s why I was so disappointed because the service in the store I could not fault.

Adjust marketing - there were delays in delivery due to black friday. A voucher was offered to apologise, but when visiting website, all customers had same option to get $50 voucher by signing up to newsletter. So not specific to customers who had delayed deliveries.

Shipping took a while

I'm hopeful JL can make delivery. The people we've spoken to have been nice & professional but the company seems to be dealing with supply chain issues. Frustrating but hopeful our order ends well.

The picture on line looked better than the product and the linen is off white and looks cream against the white bed linen so a bit disappointing.
