Took a few weeks for order to be prepared, (which was noted during purchase process) so it was expected. Staff are unable to help take bulky items to your car if you pick up from store, and it was lucky I had a friend to help. After the whole difficult process as the items are very heavy and bulky, they were easy to unwrap, well protected items, great packaging. But items being damaged (pre items being packed), makes me angry. Its blatantly obvious! If it weren't for damage the process was great otherwise, and the staff memeber who was working alone at the store was extremely friendly and helpful to bring out items on trolley

As per my previous description,

As per my previous description, while the product was great, shipping was terrible. James line appears to hand off delivery to a second party, who then appear to engage a third-party to collect the product and deliver to the customer. There is no tracking functionality for the customer when my product didn’t arrive. I was left to try to chase it down – on two separate occasions. This was time-consuming and confusing and reflects poorly on James Lane.
