Product arrived intact with all the correct bits.

Ordering & pick up was easy , but there were no male staff there ti help the poor girl with pick ups ! Lucky it wasn’t TOO heavy and the 2 of us girls managed to her the box in my car

Mostly a good experience. I suggest allocating 1 person to care for each customer would improve the experience. David was very helpful.

It took a lot longer than we expected to arrive, but I found James Lane very helpful. When it did finally arrive the removalists were excellent getting it into our apartment
