Did have to wait a long time , should say a delay when or before you buy. Did come broke fame but was returned , again had to wait another month but all done and happy .

Shipping took a little longer than expected (4-5 weeks)

Communication was poor following online purchase as to stock readiness for pick up but product is fantastic

Good experience with James Lane quality products just disappointed with the side table as from the pictures they supply. It looks great. However you can clearly see the silver bolts in it making it a little bit disappointing. Otherwise happy and the larger coffee table. Great to deal with great service great delivery system.

Communication was thorough and the online ordering was easy. The price of shipping was a little shocking and the delivery time took weeks rather than days. But overall, the print made it worth the wait.
