Good service, easy collection

Minor issue resolved very quickly. Would purchase again. Friendly, 5 star service.

We struggled to get the coffee table into the back of the SUV but by unpacking it, it fitted. Thanks to the two James Lane guys who helped. We also had to put it together which was not as easy as we first thought. And one piece of the structure was shorter than the other. But it is heavy enough to remain in place and we have had no problems since.

By far the comfiest couch I have ever sat on. Appreciate the removable covers to wash and keep clean. Great service from the team, they’re not pushy and simply want to help. Our chosen fabric (Tribute Ice) meant it was in stock for immediate delivery which is even better. One of the best purchases I’ve made.
