Beautiful chair, looks great, great value for money.

The first mirror arrived with large gaps around the edge, the frame misaligned, and you could see contact points through the back of the mirror. James Lane processed a warranty replacement and the new one is absolutely perfect - not a single blemish, perfect frame, and crystal clear mirror. Super happy with the purchase, but confused by the atrocious quality of the first one.

I love the chair and the whole experience with James Lane was fantastic fast delivery, and great service.

Shipping now problem at all, I arranged for a Saturday morning easy peasy.
