From start to whoa - very easy to deal with James Lane. Delivery was on time, simple to arrange. No complaints

Whether you are on line, or on the phone, with James Lane staff, you'll get great service. wouldn't know about in store, as haven't needed to physically go in, but Im sure it would be the same. The delivery staff are excellent too. All in all, such a great company to deal with. Products are amazing too, and great quality.
