Great product, fast shipping, fairly priced, customer service is very helpful, what’s not to like!?

I've owned my Invatech Italia 868 for over 4 years now, and it continues to perform amazingly. At the start of this season, I noticed a crack in the turbo pump, which caused a leak (not the product's fault; I accidentally left water in it over the winter). I ordered a replacement part, which arrived within 2 days. Initially, they sent the wrong model's pump, but when I contacted them, they promptly sent me the correct one. Invatech Italia has both friendly and helpful customer service, alongside their excellent products, making them a pleasure to deal with. Thanks for helping me get my yard back in shape!
