Terrible experience. Faulty item and no response when I complained

Chair was very small height for an office chair, meant it wasn't ergnomic for my standard desk, no ability to exchange or refund so very poor experience

Hi, thanks for the invitation to comment. Unfortunately, although I’ve already paid for the desk, I still haven’t received it. It’s a bit difficult to comment on your service when I don’t actually have the product yet, especially as it was ordered last year.
