It took a few attempts to reach someone regarding changes to my order. To be fair, I'm not a very patient person. Once I did get to speak to someone, the service was great. Great communication, helped me with measurement questions, etc. . . Easy to navigate the website as well. Free samples were quick to arrive and helped me make my fabric choices much easier.

My ottoman is perfect. I love it and I also love my sofa from you. My cats and their claws have met their match. . .
