Furniture was well packed for delivery. Would be good to know ahead of time that there are multiple boxes that may not be delivered together, to ease any concerns about tracking and delivery.

I had few hiccups with my order (I received a defective part and was unable to assemble the “no tool bed” then, the replacement part didn’t arrive due to shipping provider inefficiencies…) But the Ineshi support team was fantastic and shipped another part via Auspost so in all, I am happy to still give it a 5 stars review despite the pain as Ineshi’s support was appropriate and the bed is gorgeous!
