Wow, I am really glad that I purchased the Bok chair from Industry West. Although the website states that it would take up to 3 weeks before shipping, it actually shipped the day after my order. Great customer service from Samantha too. For those who are considering that chair, be advised that it comes in black and walnut, and that the walnut color, is much lighter in color more like a maple wood color. I was fortunate that the color worked better for my setup.
