Beautiful chairs. Shipping company was very easy to work with and had a nice courtesy call 30 min before delivery.

Rocco and his team were amazing from start to finish I ended up sending the table I ordered to my daughter in Colorado. The website was quite clear. But since I was placing my order in the time of Covid, I didn't have an opportunity to see the chairs I wanted. I called and spoke to a customer service rep who was extremely helpful. She even put me in touch with another Industry West employee who owned the chairs to discuss comfort in more detail. A great experience!
