I like this ottoman; it fits perfectly in my small entry space. Color is muted, but reflects the photo. Super firm, which suits me. Customer service was awesome: they helped me out on shipping and the representative was top notch.

I ordered two sets of chairs which arrived quickly and assembled. Their quality and style is exactly what I was looking for. This was such a huge relief after dealing with quality and shipping issues from a different furniture company. The London chairs are for my dining table and are gorgeous. I also got a set of Linus chairs for our office and they are stylish, comfy, and sturdy. I will definitely look to industry west for more furniture in the future.
