Purchased 3 Helix Bar stools. Items arrived in 3 days! One stool sustained damage during shipping (broken glide). When I called & emailed customer service they took care of the problem quickly. Sent out FREE replacement parts that arrived within a week. Product is beautiful and sturdy! Will definitely look good in our new store! Josh

Absolutely LOVE the Jackson stools. The walnut wood is warm, no yellow undertones. They are sturdy, solid and sexy! Industry West was great to work with and the stools arrived about a month earlier than expected. No pictures as we're waiting to put them in our new home build.
