My order arrived on time. Despite being well packaged one of the candles broke. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a replacement right away. I've been obsessed with the blackberry absinthe scent all summer. I ordered a pine candle for the holidays, and it is perfect. Clean strong scent. Very satisfied customer, I'll be ordering from Illume again.

Shipping was quick, and when there was an issue with one of the products that I wasn't happy with, customer service was absolutely amazing!!

I love Illume Candles! I have been buying them for many, many years. The fragrances are strong and they burn well. The shipping is super fast and always packed well with no damage. My only complaint is they keep getting rid of my favorite scents!!!

Nothing smells like the holidays or puts you in a season more than Illume Candles.
