Never got what I paid for!!

Literally so bad... I have never experienced a company that deliberately ignores a paying costumer. I had such high hopes and loved the idea of a robot vacuum but the service that you get is ridiculously slow or they just simply don't care about you or your problems. Before everything started breaking I had loved it so much that I had told my own mother to order one, then I helped her return it soon after because she was worried hers would start breaking like mine did and wouldn't be able to get the right part for it... I have had my nova pro Ihome vacuumed for 5 months now and it has only worked for about 2months till it started breaking... It is not worth ordering for this company and would take your hard earned money somewhere else!
