On July 17 I file
On July 17 I file a claim regarding my iHome nova tech since it has stop working properly. And sent the information that was requested including a video. On July 19 iHome requested additional information which was also provided. On July 22 I ask for an update on the case since I had not been contact. On the 27 I received an email saying that an order for replacement of the dustbin had been issued and that a tracking number would be provided, which I have not received. On August 3rd I received another email asking me to do a reset which I did, sadly the ihome still doesn’t work.
It’s been 3 weeks since my claim. I haven’t receive a tracking number nor an update. In the meantime I have a $300 robot that doesn’t work.
I would really appreciate this issue would be solve as soon as possible so u can have a functional nova back. Good morning,
this is to ask for information about when the spare part you claim to have sent will arrive. From the USPS website it appears that on August 08th the shipping label was printed.
Today is August 23rd and in this absurd situation we have been there for more than 2 months.
I considered you a serious and professional company but evidently I was wrong.
I will take this into account for feedback and for future purchases.
Please reply when the spare part will arrive. This was the last email, I no longer receive information. I am very frustrated and sad, I think it was the worst purchase of my life.
