Worst company ever do not buy. Waste of money they scam and take advantage 300 down tge drain. The wheel is broken doesn't have spring inside. U can tell that the wheel is broken. I'm not taking it apart again, you can clearly see it's not correct. I'm really sick and tired of this company. I bought the hrv13 robot for 300 and it broke and u sent me a shitty old generation the 12 and it was also refurbished and broken. I want the correct device and brand new like what I originally bought not a half assed fix. I will be filing multiple complaints and I will be looking into this with my attorney. Bec this is not right.

Web site directed me to the wrong size. Still haven’t received the correct product and now your filters are out of stock with no date given for when they will be available.

To inform them that the vacuum errors because the bags are defective, and for them to send me a stupid youtube video on how to see a light showing that the bag needs to be replaced or even not sitting correctly is like a slap in the face. If the product needs a better software update, or even a better affiliation of tasks, do not act like the customer is wrong. Just Fix it!!
