iHome Clean

After going through strenuous lengths to try and fix my original purchased vacuum I finally sent it in for it to be fixed. I was sent a replacement, the replacement has only lasted a month and no longer works. Vacuum powers on but only goes in circles.

My experience with iHome Clean is absolutely awful. They give cookie-cutter responses when I have already been dealing with them for weeks and they are aware of the problem. My unit has. I felt very anshamed and talked down to.

No response on getting the correct size.

Worst company in the planet Sell used reconditioned items as new… Sold me recondition item came from repair department Came in cardboard box stuffed full of packing Came from “Lori repair department” I paid full retail for new item What a joke of a company Don’t waste your money
