Wanted me to perform troubleshooting
Wanted me to perform troubleshooting at home including removing parts and unplugging/plugging power ports on wheel assembly on the original vacuum. I'm not a certified technician. Then, when the replacement vacuum arrived and had more issues than the first one, they wanted me to do it all over again. Ridiculous waste of time. When I told them thst the replacement was used, had dirt in the collections bin, would not work (so no way the dirt came from working at my house) batteries were already in remote, plastic protection cover on vacuum looked like it was reapplied, power cord was not wrapped up, I was basically called a liar because company responded that there was no way this unit could be used because of the warehouse it came from. Unbelievable. They did offer to look the replacement over, but I would have to pay for shipping which is +$90 USPS. The warranty does specify that purchaser is responsible for shipping so at the risk of them fixing or replacing after I send it in, I could be responsible for another shipment charge tor return to my possession. After some thought, the unit ended up on the curb for the garbage collector.
