I adore my Nova Pro (my little gremlin), but the customer service? Absolute chaos. I ordered replacement parts over a month ago, and the system slapped in an old Tennessee address like it was stuck in 2018. I emailed customer support before it shipped—and heard nothing. Silence. Crickets. Tumbleweeds.
The package gets sent to Tennessee while I’m in Atlanta living my best life. When I finally reach someone—pretty sure it was “Claire,” the customer service chatbot in a bad wig—I’m told I need to call USPS and magically redirect it. USPS basically said, “Yeah… no. ”
I told iHome that, and their solution?
“Wait for the package to come back. ”
So I’m just supposed to sit here like a Disney princess waiting for my lost package to return from its journey of self-discovery?
I’ve paid for my merchandise. I’ve done everything asked of me. And still—nothing. If I don’t get my replacement parts soon, I’m disputing the charge, reordering, and leaving reviews everywhere I can until someone at iHome decides customers actually matter.
Do better.
