I called and asked about my need for a new lock and was rightly told that without seeing my old lock they couldn't be sure what they had was what I needed. I was told that if it didn't fit to bring it back with my old lock and they'd see what they could do. I live only about 40 miles from their place of business. Over a couple of phone calls the person I spoke with was courteous and forthcoming. My only quibble was the shipping cost, which I thought was high ... but at the same time I need to acknowledge the cost of the item was much less than that of the usual online retailers; so in fact my out of pocket was comparable. And I should note that the lock fit perfectly. I recommend these folks and would purchase from them again.
