I bought replacement hardware for my existing shutters, replaced all panel screws and sidewalk bolts, repaired all bad inserts with new inserts and the tools ordered. I did this because my old screws were the Flat screwdriver model and they stripped easily, the new phillips/flat version was much easier to work with and should make installing shutters in advance of a storm easier and aster. Everything went smoothly, I was very happy with the product. Would definitely order again, IMO these products are better quality and lower cost than I found at the big box stores. Recommendation: do as I did and coordinate with another person and order larger quantities, its cost effective to order a larger bag/box of certain items and we split the shipping expense. Its still cost effective if you order smaller quantites but you will see the price only jump up a few $ to go from 50 to 100 of some products so it just made sense to partner up with a buddy that had the same concerns that I did, (old screws that were stripped and had paint in them)

We purchased the Bertha 2' clear hurricane shutters and they are great! We received an incorrect length initially, contacted the company, and Matt had replacement shutters delivered to us within a week! We would definitely deal with this company again and recommend them to our friends!
