The chair works well. I have had several of this brand. They don’t last forever - at least 5 years, but eventually the electronic parts go.

I am 86, have Osteoarthritis ! Live in my chair. It helps so much with my pain. When I get up I actually walk better ! Also I use the heat settings every day and it help me with my back pain. Thank you❤️
