Can't try the chairs out - not available in very many stores or locations, return policies vary between resellers so buyer beware. Even if you don't buy something, the minute you give them your email, they won't leave you alone, they barrage you with requests for a review and keep pestering you even if you unsubscribe. So here's your hard earned review - one star for pestering me!!!

I like the sleek look of this chair but there are numerous comfort design flaws. My complaints are as follows: * The chairs armrests are positioned much to low to sit comfortably in any position. * While the chair is in a full upright position it feels as though the chair is still reclined. The back of the chair needs to come up further. * The massage balls within the chair are disappointing. I thought this would give a much stronger massage. * The seat and back cushions will move/slide very easy when adjusting your body to how you want to sit in the chair. * The plastic lever used to switch positions on the foot ottoman is poorly made and I'm concerned this will break in time. * I'm disappointed in how thin all the cushions are made. * When remotely adjusting seat positions the motor seems to be struggling to adjust. It reminds me of the little train that could. I purchased this chair based on online reviews. It is unfortunate I could not try this chair out in person because I definitely would not have purchased it. If I wasn't working 50+ hours a week and it was less of a hassle and I kept the box I would return this chair. Sincerely

can't rate anything since I ordered and have paid for item still not received WEEKS later

Trying to get a machine replaced, had to call 2 different times for instructions, set up case #, 6 days later called you back again, only to find out that you forgot to send me instructions. Karen Charlton Charltonk22@gmail.com

I cancelled my order the very next day after I made the purchase before the item was scheduled to be delivered. I spoke to a representative and she assured me I would be refunded. I was not refunded my money unfortunately.
