Difficult company to deal with if any issues arise
Communication was poor both prior to placing order, but especially communication when trying to follow up postal delays, and post receipt of product. The candles did not arrive on time, part of the order was delayed in Sydney, presumably lost and therefore on the assumption that they would not arrive in time for the wedding we repurchased all candles required again locally. We then returned all the products and had to pay for return postage as the company did not accept any liability for the delay and their miscommunication around package arrival. Emails received from their customer service were unnecessarily lengthy, awkwardly defensive and unprofessional. Would never order from them again as unreliable and difficult to deal with.
