This store offers a lot of products that will elevate your home, however their customer service is greatly lacking. I placed an order during Black Friday 2025 and had to follow up multiple times on when the items will be shipped. Some items finally shipped on March 2026 and still waiting on remaining items from that order. No one responds to your email and calls are only answered about 30% of the time when you call. The brands and products you offer are amazing - please do better, Must Societie.

Your customer care team, Kate and the associate at the store were incredible. It is the lack of care in your warehouse that is the issue. The planters were shipped with no proper packaging to my home and were all broken. I then went to pick up the replacements and the warehouse sent the wrong size. I settled for the smaller size, came home and found one was cracked. This is the worst experience with the quality of your product and attention to detail.
